He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roark and Mary Roark (Whitmore); and his siblings, James, Karl Roark, Marjorie Ashton and Beverly Roark.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. Mykel; his daughters, Lisa Thomas (Brad Stukey) of Stittville, Tracey Lindfield (Norman) of Frankfort and Beverly Medley (Jonathan) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Erica Carver (Ben) of Oriskany, Derek Weaver (Elizabeth) of Ilion, Evan Thomas (Kelsey Monroe) of Port Royal, SC and Larissa Zachary (Drew) of Jacksonville, FL; his great grandchildren, Kallie, Hunter, Austin, Emma, Everett, Aurora, Scarlett and Tanner; his brothers, Donald Roark (Janet) of West Winfield, William Roark (Bonnie) of Ohio, Gordon Roark (Susan) of Ohio and David Roark (Robin) of Ohio; his siblings-in-law, Donna Roark of Ohio and Joseph Mykel (Dawn) of Poland; his mother-in-law Dorothy Forbes of Deerfield; and his niece Nicole Lamphere. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
