He is survived by: his former spouse Kopyt; his children, Kevin Mankouski (Roxann) of Suffield, CT, David Mankouski of Newport and Janine Kozak (Mark) of Cicero; his grandchildren, Connor, Austin, Evan, Shana, Carmen and McKayla; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Catrine (Edmund) of Schenectady, Karen Price of Utica, Frances Whipple of Utica and John Kopyt of Utica. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
