It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles L Skinner (Newport, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on February 13, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Skinner and Frances Skinner (Collins); his siblings, Jerry Skinner and Patricia Meyers; his son-in-law Derek Harrelson; and his nephews, Raymond Meyers and Ronald Meyers.
He is survived by: his children, Debora Skinner of Ilion, Joanne Walter (Mark) of Reynold, GA and Charles L. Skinner, Jr. (Teresa); his sisters, Donna Pritchard (Gregg) of Ilion and Carla Darrow (Randy) of Poland; his daughter Lynda Messick of Georgetown, DE; and his siblings, Martha Howland (Tim) of Utica and Rodney Skinner. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and their spouses; 28 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
