With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernice A. (Bernie) Barbuto of Newport, New York, born in Herkimer, New York, who passed away on March 15, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Barbuto and Helen Barbuto (Farrington); and her great-nieces, Christina Schloop and Leah Filipczuk. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Moody; her son-in-law Mike of Newport, NY; her grandsons, Troy Moody (Alex) of Manhattan, NY and Ryan Moody (Kendall Cirella) of Rochester, NY; her sisters, Laura Dinehart of Ilion and Marie Edick (Tim) of St. Johnsville; her nieces, Lisa Schloop (Edgar), Marianne Clemons (Mike Sardina) and Joanna Filipczuk (Walter); her nephew Michael Dinehart (Katina); her aunt Carol Farrington; and her friends, Kristie Collis Griffith, Francine Santucci, John and Luann Garlock. She is also survived by grand-nieces, nephews, cousins.
