He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Synakowski and Katherine Synakowski; and his wife Helen B. Kowalczyk. He is survived by: his children, Bernard Synakowski (Tracy) of Sherrill, Stephen Synakowski, Sr. of Newport and Tammy Gorinshek (John) of Little Falls; and his grandchildren, Elissa Widomski (Stefan), Amber Synakowski, Devin Slaga (Josh), Paytin Synakowski, Stephen Synakowski, Jr., Mikayla Synakowski, Ashleigh Gorinshek (Nate), Kaylee Gorinshek and Reece Synakowski. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
