He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd and Frances. He is survived by: his brothers, Roger and Ed Armstrong; his daughter Betty Neff of Newfield, NY.; his wife Patricia Ann Armstrong (Brady); and his siblings, Mary, Lloyd, Dora, George, Flora, Charlie and Ned. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
