It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary J. Hubbell of Newfield, New York, born in Montour Falls, New York, who passed away on October 19, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harris Jenkins and Martha Jenkins (Edminster); her former husband Gerald Hubbell; her daughter-in-law Linda Hubbell; her sisters, Margie Bailey, Harriet Bailey and Irene Hubbell; and her close friend Jack Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Hubbell of Enfield and Dennis Hubbell of Enfield; her sisters, Wilma Page of Columbus, OH and Kay Kannegiser of Florida; her grandchildren, Steven Hubbell, Stephanie Hubbell, Rich Simmons and Shawna Simmons; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Mason, Madix, Kayden, Katilina, Kiyanna, Tatyanna, Amari and Bryson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vedder-Scott & Zinger Funeral Home (122 N Genesee St, Montour Falls, NY 14865). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
