He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cudlin and Josephine Cudlin (Sysova); his wife Ruth Dorothy Shultz; his son David; his siblings, Peter and Vera; and his son-in-law David LaPadula.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda DiStefano (Vincent), JoAnn LaPadula, Sandra Merrill (John) and Lisa Brown (David); his daughter-in-law Sharon Cudlin (Sherry); his grandchildren, Peter DiStefano (Jenny), Julie Kegler (Darrell), Angela LaPadula, Michelle Kithcart (Chad), Travis Cudlin, Riley and Karlee Brown; and his great grandchildren, Tucker DiStefano, Emma and Ryan Kithcart.
