He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Nichols and Marguerite Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hamilton Nichols of Newfield; his sons, Jamey of Interlaken and Randy of Ithaca; his grandson Daniel Nichols; his stepchildren, John Russell of Newfield, Mary Ellen Russell of Montour Falls, Lisa Marie Nichols of Waverly and Carlton Hockenberry of Slaterville; and his sister Mary Walmsley of Sayre. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
