He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Consalvi (Kerry) and Michael Consalvi (Anjali); and his grandchildren, Tessa Consalvi, Donnaly Consalvi-Holzapfel, Jessica Hamilton, Caleb Wilson, Hanna French and Isaac.
