He is survived by: his wife Virginia Klumpp Perkins; his children, Cynthia Redmond (Pierce), Nancy Littler (Larry), Paul Perkins (Lori) and Deborah Passarelli (Joseph); and his sibling Jean Ferree. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
