He was predeceased by: his father William D. Carmer Jr.; and his wife Carrie Carmer. He is survived by: his sisters, Gayle Maynard, Darlene Carey and Patti Bluhm (Kevin). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
