He is survived by: his parents, Billie Kneeland (Grant) and Oliver G. Kneeland; his spouse Jamie Whalen; his sons, Noah and Eli; his siblings, Jeffrey Kneeland (April) and Jennifer Ragonese (Shawn); and his parents-in-law, Jeff, Sarah Whalen, Jeremy Whalen (Jessica) and Jessica Hendricks (Jon). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Samaritan's Purse and Wounded Warrior Project in Stephen's honor.
