He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Ruth Carlton Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Phillips (Kristen), Marcus Phillips (Susan) and Nathan Phillips (Brittanie); his grandchildren, Jordyn, Noah, Tenley and Harper; and his sister Judy Schmitt (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
