She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Clark Gartland, Ann Kucsmas (Kyle) and Katie Prohaska; her grandchildren, Finn and Ellie; and her brothers, Quinn Lewis and Doug Lewis (Lisa). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
