He is survived by: his sons, David Moulden (Kelli), Kenneth Moulden (Cheryl) and Donald Moulden; and his siblings, Mark Moulden, Larry Schultz and Joanne Palmer. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
