He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Cushman and Julia Snell Cushman; his son Bradford; and his brother David Cushman. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Cushman (Lee Marie), Kathy Richau, Juli Cushman and Craig Cushman; and his grandchildren, Jean, Justin, Amanda, Sarah, Shane and Landon. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
