She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonette Kuwik and John Kuwik; her daughter Darlene Helminski; and her siblings, Janice Kuwik and John Kuwik.

She is survived by: her children, David Helminski, Deborah Decker (Larry) and Dawn Bachert; her grandchildren, Jessica Kolb, Joshua Decker (Eleanor), Rachael Decker, Kyle Decker (Jessica), Bret Helminski, Camille Helminski and Danielle Bachert; and her siblings, Jim Kuwik (Carolyn) and Jerry Kuwik. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
