With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann M. Diez (Newfane, New York), born in Taylor, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 1, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Woynarski and Helen Woynarski (Dorin); her husband Robert; and her brother Richard. She is survived by: her children, Michael Diez (Christine), Laura Diez and Mary Bergman (Timothy); her grandchildren, Abigail Lopez (Zachary), Ellen Diez, Anthony Diez, Catherine Bergman and Joshua Bergman; her great grandchildren, Judah and Asa Lopez; and her siblings, Geraldine Smith and Robert Woynarski (Judy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Niagara Hospice House 4675 Sunset Dr. Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated by the family.
