He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Winslow and Mae Winslow (Rice); and his siblings, James, Fred, William, Lucian Winslow, Lucille St, Eleanor McPherson, Joan Winslow and Harriet Reynolds.

He is survived by: his siblings, Pearl Fragassi of Glens Falls and Alvin Winslow (Connie) of Fl; and his sister-in-law Zadie Winslow. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
