He is survived by: his girlfriend Nancy Stenglein of Kentucky; his siblings, Lisa (Darren), James (Kimberly) and Mark; his niece Danielle Rosenkranse (David); his nephews, Dominic, Peter (Nicole), James IV, Frank, Frankie, Michael and Kingsland; and his close friend Vic Munjal.
