She is survived by: her brothers, Richard Cornetti Jr. of Waterford, NY and Robert Cornetti (Beverly) of Roswell, GA; her significant other Whitey Grogan; her children, David Bouchey Sandra (Becky) and Merry "Chrissy" Zapka (Lenny); her grandchildren, Marc Presha, Michael Bouchey, Kyle Bouchey, Matthew Bouchey, Devin Zapka and Mitchell Zapka; and her great grandchildren, Jaron Presha, Nakai Presha and Nalani Presha.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Janet's honor.
