With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Francesca DiLemme of Newburgh, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Francesca left this world on January 3, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonso Guerra and Maria Guerra (Guerriero); her husband Nicandro; her in-laws, Grazio and Juistina DiLemme; and her brother Aniello Guerra.
She is survived by: her children, Nick DiLemme (Jennifer) of Newburgh, John DiLemme (Lori) of Newburgh and Francine Eisloeffel (Kevin) of Newburgh; her siblings, Nicola Guerra of Oceanside, CA, Silvia Guerra Valera of Wallkill, NY, Carlo Antonio Guerra of Cape Coral, FL and Simone Guerra of Wallkill, NY; and her grandchildren, Alexandria Rumfola, Nicholas, Emma, Aiden, Jeremy, Justine DiLemme, Ethan and Tyler Eisloeffel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc. (481 Gidney Ave, Newburgh, NY 12550). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (301 Ann St, Newburgh, NY 12550). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery (2212 US-44 #55, Gardiner, NY 12525).
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Frances's memory may be sent to the Kaplan Family Hospice Residence of Newburgh, NY.
