With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Chartoff (Newburgh, New York), born in Albany, New York, who passed away on November 9, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Abraham Kartzman and Sarah Weinberg Kartzman; her children, Amy Chartoff Freeman (Sumner) and Henry Chartoff (Debra); her grandchildren, Samantha Freeman, Rebecca Chartoff and Benjamin Chartoff; and her siblings, Mildred "Mollie" Kartzman Larner and Philip Kartzman (Muriel Wilson).
