It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward R. Lastowski of Newburgh, New York, who passed away on September 6, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Lastowski and Antoinette Stoba Lastowski; his wife Antoinette Dorazio (Toni); and his siblings, Walter, Napoleon Lastowski, John Kulik, Genevieve Fayo, Amelia Kulik, Bridget Maslowski and Jadwiga Lastowski.
He is survived by: his children, Toni Anne and Edward (Sue); his granddaughters, Christina Teator (Joe) and Alexa Rosales (Rafael); his great grandchildren, Lucas and Benjamin Teator; and his cousin Caroline Stoba Quilty of Meriden, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc. (481 Gidney Ave, Newburgh, NY 12550). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Francis Church (145 Benkard Ave, Newburgh, NY 12550). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at the Calvary Cemetery (304 Walsh Ave, New Windsor, NY 12553).
