She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hoffman and Leah Hoffman (Oak); her husband Joseph "Peppy" Cacchioli; and her siblings, Aurther Hoffman, William Hoffman, Barbara Ward and Kathleen Leahy.
She is survived by: her children, James Guglielmo (Kelly), Christine Guglielmo and Celeste Carcaterra (Danny); her stepchildren, Barbara Duckworth (Joe) and John Cacchioli (Debra); her sister Leelee Dillimuth; her grandchildren, Adam, Vanessa, Rebecca, Gianna, James, Victoria, Mason and Marco; and her great grandchildren, Jonah, Sebastian, Alexa and AJ.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush Funeral Home (117 Maple Ave, Monroe, NY 10950). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 4:45 PM at the same location.
