She was predeceased by: her husband James McCarthy; and her siblings, Bobby Galvin, Margaret O'Sullivan and Daniel Galvin. She is survived by: her children, Theresa, Jimmy (Caroline), Aileen, Debbie and Jeanine (Donal); her grandchildren, Dillon McCarthy, Brendan McCarthy (Jenna), James Buckley and Ryan Forrester; her sister Ann Fitzgibbon; and her brothers-in-law, Edward Barry and Jack McCarthy. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
