He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vassell and Mary Vassell (Gavril). He is survived by: his spouse Suyunbike'Laila'Karabaeva; his son William Vassell; his daughter-in-law Ellen; his granddaughter Katrina Laszlo (Nick); and his sister Penelope Vassell. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in Constantine's name to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
