He is survived by: his wife Ellen Pitegoff; his sons, Jeffrey and David Pitegoff; his stepchildren, Dayna Diamond and Eric Crawford; and his grandchildren, Kianna, Jaron, Drew, Reese, Jonah and Arlo.
