She is survived by: her children, Johnny C. Carter of Durham, NC, David D. Carter (Marguerite) of Upper Marlboro, MD and Glenda D. Holmes of Kansas City, MO; and her siblings, NJ and NJ. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
