Norman James Rood Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman James Rood (Newark, New York), who passed away on June 24, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Rood and Coletta Rood; and his wife Sandra. He is survived by: his children, Eric (Traci) and Deborah Austin (Jim); his grandchildren, Robert, Samantha Urwin (Bob), Joseph Austin (Tori), Amanda Conner (Eli) and Josh Rood (Tiffany); his wife's child Coletta Perkins (Trevor); and also, Gary (PeeWillie) and David (PeterDink). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
