With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Jo Tanea (Newark, New York), born in Wellsville, New York, who passed away on April 10, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Burt and Hazel Merritt Burt; and her siblings, Winifred Serens and Duffer Burt. She is survived by: her husband William; her son Michael (Kathy) of Webster; her grandson Alex (Sophia); her son Timothy (Kathleen) of Newark; her grandchildren, Christopher (Rachel) and Sarah; her son Thomas (Sheila) of Fredericksburg, VA; her grandchildren, Erin Nichols (Dustin) and Matthew (Sara); her sister Shirley Davis of Eureka, CA; and her great grandchildren, Liam Nichols and Emmett Tanea. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
