We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Joyce Ann Parker (Newark, New York), born in Lyons, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elliot Humbert and Emma Burton Humbert; and her uncles, Charles Burton (Ann), Fred Steitler (Laura) and Clarence Libby (Grace).

She is survived by: her husband Herbert Parker; and her cousins, John Burton (Barb Squires), Brenda Gochoviak (Greg) and Lois Steitler. She is also survived by brother-in-law, and three sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews; a special God Child.

In lieu of flowers, memorial in her name, may be made to the Wayne County Humane Society, 1475 County House Road, Lyons, NY 14489.
