She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald O'Neil and Florence Mapes O'Neil; her husband Tom Ulrich; her close friend Mike Misleany; her daughter Karen Ulrich Kelley (Carlin); and her grandchildren, Ryan and Kaleigh Hughson.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Ulrich, Kristy Hughson (Mark), Kevin Ulrich (Jen) and Kyle Ulrich (Pam); her grandchildren, Kelly Carlin, Matthew Carlin and Ricky Hughson; and her great grandchildren, Dakota Marie Carlin, Parker Ryan Carlin and Ava Grace Carlin Thomas.
