He is survived by: his wife Loretta "Lori" Straub Sielawa; his children, Jessica Sielawa (Paul Twyman), Catherine Storrs (Chuck) and Jeffrey Sielawa (Allysia Simon); his grandchildren, Stephanie Wilson, Scott Storrs, Justin and Jordan Sielawa; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Kowaleski and Robert VanTassel.
