He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bement and Virginia Bement (DeWeaver). He is survived by: his wife Helen Bement; his daughter Kassandra Bement; his brother W. Daniel Bement (Kathy); and his niece Darcie Outlaw (Brian). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews along with many close friends.
