It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Mackey (Newark, New York), who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrain Vanderlinde and Florence Vanderlinde (Orbaker); her former husband Richard Vercrouse; her son Timothy Mackey Sr.; and her siblings, Adrian Vanderlinde and Dorothy Frey.
She is survived by: her husband David A Mackey, Sr.; and her children, Robert Vercrouse, David Mackey (Lynnette), Gary Vercrouse (Cathy), Mark Mackey and Maureen Sampson. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
