Eisenmenger; his girlfriend Katie Faulkner; his sisters, Donna King and Gina Hickmott (Tim); his nieces, Sarah Moshier (Oliver) and Mary Hickmott (Steve); his nephew Zachary King; his great-nephews, Colton, Mason and Spencer; his great-niece Ava; and his close friend Shawn Keys. He is also survived by furry companion: Bear; many extended family members and friends.
