It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Federico A. Colon of Newark, New York, who passed away on December 8, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Federico departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Federico may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Federico leaves behind.
He is survived by: his children, Maribel Colon, Vilma Rivera (Gary), Nydia Russum (John), Ivette Fuller (Darin), Flavio Colon (Debrah) and Julio Colon (Amy). He is also survived by several brothers; one sister; fourteen grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
