He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fagner and Mary Fagner (VanKoevering); his wife Mary Ellen Fagner; his brothers, Carl and Richard; and his nieces, Cindy Coffey and Denise Perry.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Parkison (Howard) and Duane Fagner (Diane); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Parkison (Erin Shephard), Brian Parkison (Jennifer), Elizabeth Welch (Jason), Philip Fagner (Kari) and Catherine Bogan (Michael); his great grandchildren, Brayden, Lucas, Nolan, Kaleb, Elijah, Averi, Aubree and McKenna; his brother Peter Fagner; and his nephew Kevin Perry. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
