It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Charles Waters (Newark, New York), who passed away on July 21, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Charlene Coal, Patrick Di Santo and Larry Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Christine Waters-Clayton (James) of Altanta, GA, Cynthia Waters of New York City and Paula Di Santo of Melbourne, FL; and his sister Alice Duncan of Detroit, MI.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
