The memory of Donald K Chamberlin of Newark, New York, who passed away on December 23, 2024 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W. "Pike" Chamberlin and Rose Louise Chamberlin (Schroth); his wife Hazel; and his siblings, June Smith (Durwood "Doty"), Jean Randow (Leonard Randow) and Robert Chamberlin.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy VanSchaffel (James) and Michael Chamberlin (Julie); his grandchildren, Matthew Chamberlin, Mark Chamberlin (Gavin Reynolds), Cally Santino, James VanSchaffel (Karin) and Carl VanSchaffel; his great grandchildren, Madison, Colin, Leiana, Eli, Ryker and Lincoln; and his brothers, William H. Chamberlin (Eydie) and Richard Chamberlin (Stephany). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Newark Cemetery North Main.
