She is survived by: her husband Bob Goebel; her children, Michelle "Chellie" Alvarado and Johnny D. Herman; her grandchildren, Shaun DeJohn (Nicole Bishop), Seth DeJohn (Nakisha Jacquionot), Derek Herman (Brandi), Ryan Herman (Kiersten) and Camron Douglas; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Alivia, Trevor, Elizabeth, Elsie, Jameson, Oliver, Paisley, Teagan, Kyleigh and Ripley; her daughter-in-law Tammy Smith (Herman); and her close friends, Carm, Walt Krueger, Gail Defisher, Sherry Gentle, Pam Kneut, Carol Allen and Tammy Conlyan.
