Lewis (Rueckwald); his wife Debbie Ritz Lewis; his stepson Coty Rooze; his sister Teri; his brother-in-law Mike Perretta; his uncle Bill Lewis; and his close friends, Dean, Kevin, Rick, Cole, Ryan, Jeff, Paul and Mary.
