He was predeceased by: his mother Raechelle Moon; and his great-grandparents, Micheal and Angie DeJohn. He is survived by: his father Michael DeJohn (Alissa); his siblings, Brandon Moon and Kyleigh Bulman; his grandparents, Laurie Wheaton, Michael Means (Lora), Jeffery Michael DeJohn and Karen Kibble; his stepgrandparents, James, Tami Godfrey and Todd Knapp; and his great-grandparents, Paul Moon (Mary), Jean Lansberry, David Means (Susan) and Rose Malone. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
