He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hallagan and Ethel Hallagan; his wife Kathryn Bush (Kay) of Orchard Park, NY.; and his sister Sarah Ashnault. He is survived by: his children, Steven (Lucina), Walter (Maureen), Mary Helen (Ross) and Thomas; his grandchildren, Colleen, Margaret and Andrew; his children, Susannah, Dylan, Tracy and Glenn; his great grandchild Henry; his grandchildren, Nolan, Finley, Quinton, Autumn and Sawyer; and his brother Richard (Dick).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Newark United Methodist Church (301 S Main St, Newark, NY 14513).
