He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Tack and Dorothy Mildred Tack (Glerum); and his wife Gladys. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Carlson (Gary), John Tack (Corrine), David Tack, Nancy Kelley (David), Steve Gutman (Diana) and Anna Llompart; his grandchildren, Andrew Carlson (Emily), Toni Afolabi Adeyemoney (Joe), Lucas Mccann (Julie Stoffel), Dillion Tack, David Lee Tack (Ashley White), Phillip Tack, Jennifer Michael (Justin MedingCooper) and Henry Michael; his great grandchildren, Mya, Paris, Michaela, Mason and Raegan; his stepgrandchildren, Josh and Lindsay Simmons; his siblings, Robert Tack, Joann DeBrine and Shirley Martin (John); and his siblings-in-law, Vern Israel (Joan) and Lucille Davis (Rick). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
