She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris Kommer and Susie Vanderlyke Kommer; her husband Denis Carroll Taney; and her brother-in-law Bill Case. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Darling (Tom) of Clifton Springs, Bill Taney (Lori) of Newark and Sean Taney (Bill Sinack) of Phelps; her grandchildren, Dawn Pierce (Don) of Phelps, Diana Couse (Dave) of Waterloo, Deborah Sinack (Ron) of Geneva, Dory Lynn Knapp of Honeoye, Justin Darling (Lara), Jerrica Darling, Jordan Camblin (Dom), Nikki Schroeder (Blake), Dana Bialaszewski (Micah), Nate, Sam, Beth Pierce, Caleb Jensen, Rachel Fox, Jacob Jensen, Julia and Cooper Knapp; her caregiver Gloria Henninger; and her siblings, Jim Kommer (Phyllis) of Lyons, Chris Kommer (Marilyn) of Newark, Dorothy Perry (Lawrence) of Lyons, Marge Porter of Florida and Janice Case of Newark. She is also survived by Many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
