Barbara H. Rugenstein Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2024, at the age of 86, Barbara H. Rugenstein of Newark, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Barbara shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Barbara farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norley Collier and Helen Tellier Collier; and her siblings, James Collier and Norma Papoosha. She is survived by: her husband James; and her sons, Randall Rugenstein (Karen), Richard Rugenstein (Tammy) and Thomas Rugenstein. She is also survived by six grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
