She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Carman and Ida Carman (Mills); and her sibllings, Richard, Frankie, Cornelius (Neil), Penny and Susan.
She is survived by: her husband Duane Shaff; her sons, Jody Shaff and Duane Shaff Jr. (Jessica); her grandchildren, Hailey Welch, Tiffany Underwood, Westin Underwood, Shania Shaff, Dawson Shaff, Toshiona Stissi and Gunner Stissi; and her siblings, Lyman (April), Ken (April), Bob (Robin), Patty-Ann Blackman and Sylvia Riley (Duane). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
